Rates
Intake and Initial Assessment: $185
55-minute psychotherapy session: $165
Payment in full or insurance co-payments are required at the end of each session.
Since a specific block of time is reserved for you, I require notice within twenty-four (24) hours if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment. If sufficient notice is not received, you will be charged $100 for the 1st missed appointment. You will be charged your full fee for any subsequent missed appointments. Please note, your insurance company cannot be billed for any portion of the charges incurred due to a missed appointment.

I accept Aetna, Medical Mutual, Cigna, Allied Health, Meritain, Ohio Connect, Ohio Healthy
For out-of-network insurance, payment is expected at the time of service. For in-network, copays and payments toward deductible are expected at the time of service. I will bill all in-network and out-of-network insurances. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your first appointment to prepare for your financial responsibility out-of-pocket.
